The needs of the people in Jamaica are as great as anywhere the SVD minister. Brother Bernie Spitzley, SVD ministers to the basic needs of the people by feeding the hungry and clothing the naked. He goes a step farther by teaching them to provide for themselves by creating an agricultural commune and building simple but safe dwellings. In this way he has created a model for economic self-sufficiency. For more information, click here
