Share the Spirit of Giving!

As the holiday season approaches, our hearts are filled with gratitude, kindness, and the joy of giving. At the St. Thomas Parish Food Pantry, our mission is to ensure that no family goes without a warm meal, especially during Thanksgiving.

For many, a Thanksgiving meal is more than just food; it’s a celebration of family, tradition, and community. This year, we aim to bring hope and happiness to local families in need by providing turkeys, fresh produce, and canned goods to ensure a cherished holiday together.

NOW, MORE THAN EVER, WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT

You can make a difference.
Your gift can have a lasting impact.

Any amount brings hope and nourishment to those who need it most.

DONATE NOW TO A FAMILY IN NEED

$15 provides a Thanksgiving turkey for a family.
$40 provides a full Thanksgiving meal for a family.

Every donation strengthens our community of compassion and faith. Rest assured, our benefactors are lovingly remembered during every food distribution — and in our prayers at every Thursday Mass.

In 2024, your compassion made an incredible impact:

We celebrate the generosity of our benefactors and volunteers in action as hundreds of families experienced Thanksgiving filled with hope, gratitude, and the warmth of a shared meal.

From Receiving Help, To Giving Help: One Person's Story from Our Food Bank

Victoria-Grose-testimonial.jpg

Victoria Grose has been a volunteer at Risen Lord Food Pantry for the past eight years, but she started out as a family in need at the parish. When her three children were little, her husband was laid off from his coal mining job, and they found themselves struggling to survive. Victoria says that Risen Lord Food Pantry got them through that awful time. “Father Thien really cares about people in this community. He wants to see people eat and not go hungry,” as she recalled one time when the food ran out and how upset he was.

"We probably would have starved to death,” Victoria said. “I don’t know what people would do without them.”
